If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about social media trends, analytics, and visual storytelling, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact!Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase reach and engagement.</li><li>Create compelling, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts tailored for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns in real-time.</li><li>Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities; utilize insights to refine content strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other paid channels.</li><li>Use web analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, analyze user behavior, and report on key performance metrics.</li><li>Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty.</li><li>Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while ensuring content quality through proofreading and editing.</li><li>Support public relations initiatives by managing online reputation and coordinating with media outlets when necessary.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, SEO best practices, and digital marketing innovations to keep our strategies fresh and effective.</li><li>Assist in e-commerce efforts by promoting products/services through engaging content and targeted campaigns.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.</li><li>Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques to monitor brand reputation and industry conversations.</li><li>Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns; understanding of audience targeting and ad optimization.</li><li>Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and how they influence content strategy.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for crafting engaging posts as well as proofreading for clarity and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of video editing software is a plus for producing multimedia content; photography skills are also desirable.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
