Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase reach and engagement.
- Create compelling, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts tailored for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns in real-time.
- Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities; utilize insights to refine content strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other paid channels.
- Use web analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, analyze user behavior, and report on key performance metrics.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while ensuring content quality through proofreading and editing.
- Support public relations initiatives by managing online reputation and coordinating with media outlets when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, SEO best practices, and digital marketing innovations to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
- Assist in e-commerce efforts by promoting products/services through engaging content and targeted campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content.
- Strong knowledge of social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques to monitor brand reputation and industry conversations.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns; understanding of audience targeting and ad optimization.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and how they influence content strategy.
- Excellent communication skills for crafting engaging posts as well as proofreading for clarity and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of video editing software is a plus for producing multimedia content; photography skills are also desirable.
