Location: New York, NY | Hybrid | Brand Marketing Manager, North AmericaInternship Term: June 15th, 2026 through August 14, 2026Overview: GROWN ALCHEMIST is seeking an Influencer Marketing Intern to support creator partnerships, earned media initiatives, and brand storytelling across North America.This role will play a key part in growing our influencer community, executing strategic seeding moments, and supporting PR and event activations. The internship offers hands-on experience across influencer marketing, press relations, and cultural programming within a premium, design-led beauty brand.Core Responsibilities:Influencer community &amp; seeding (40%)<ul><li>Support influencer discovery, vetting, and outreach to grow a highly aligned, organic creator community</li><li>Proactively scout emerging and up-and-coming talent across platforms, identifying new voices, cultural tastemakers, and UGC creators early in their growth</li><li>Assist in managing weekly seeding initiatives, including product selection, personalization, and shipping logistics</li><li>Maintain and evolve influencer databases, ensuring accuracy across contact details, preferences, and engagement history</li><li>Support the ongoing health of the influencer list by identifying gaps, flagging new talent, and helping keep records organized and up to date</li></ul>Campaign tracking, insights &amp; strategy support (25%)<ul><li>Monitor influencer coverage across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, tagging and organizing content in real time</li><li>Support monthly reporting, highlighting top-performing content, emerging trends, and key learnings</li><li>Surface insights and recommendations to support decisions on who to activate, when, and how based on performance and brand alignment</li><li>Flag standout creator moments and opportunities for amplification across brand channels</li></ul>Events &amp; activations (20%)<ul><li>Support planning and execution of influencer events and brand activations, including gifting, guest coordination, and on-site support</li><li>Assist in pre- and post-event communications to ensure strong relationship management and content capture</li><li>Help track event participation, content output, and overall impact to inform future activations</li></ul>Cross-functional support (10%)<ul><li>Collaborate with content, social, and digital teams to ensure influencer efforts align with broader brand campaigns</li><li>Support internal coordination across product launches, content calendars, and key business priorities</li><li>Assist in aligning influencer activations with seasonal storytelling and campaign moments</li></ul>Team learning &amp; development (5%)<ul><li>Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and campaign planning sessions</li><li>Contribute ideas around influencer strategy, cultural trends, and brand storytelling</li><li>Support ad hoc projects across marketing, social, and partnerships</li></ul>Candidate Profile <ul><li>Passionate about skincare, wellness, and digital media</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Confident communicator with strong written and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities</li><li>Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with influencer tracking tools a plus (e.g., Archive, Tribe Dynamics, etc.)</li></ul>Key Qualifications <ul><li>Experience in beauty a plus</li><li>Available to work 40 hours per week</li><li>Must be based in or able to commute to NYC</li><li>Salary: $17.00/hour</li></ul>About Grown Alchemist:GROWN ALCHEMIST was born from the belief that skin health + wellness is holistic, impacted by the world around us.
