Influencer Marketing Intern

Location: New York, NY | Hybrid | Brand Marketing Manager, North America

Internship Term: June 15th, 2026 through August 14, 2026

Overview: GROWN ALCHEMIST is seeking an Influencer Marketing Intern to support creator partnerships, earned media initiatives, and brand storytelling across North America.

This role will play a key part in growing our influencer community, executing strategic seeding moments, and supporting PR and event activations. The internship offers hands-on experience across influencer marketing, press relations, and cultural programming within a premium, design-led beauty brand.

Core Responsibilities:

Influencer community & seeding (40%)

• Support influencer discovery, vetting, and outreach to grow a highly aligned, organic creator community
• Proactively scout emerging and up-and-coming talent across platforms, identifying new voices, cultural tastemakers, and UGC creators early in their growth
• Assist in managing weekly seeding initiatives, including product selection, personalization, and shipping logistics
• Maintain and evolve influencer databases, ensuring accuracy across contact details, preferences, and engagement history
• Support the ongoing health of the influencer list by identifying gaps, flagging new talent, and helping keep records organized and up to date

Campaign tracking, insights & strategy support (25%)

• Monitor influencer coverage across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, tagging and organizing content in real time
• Support monthly reporting, highlighting top-performing content, emerging trends, and key learnings
• Surface insights and recommendations to support decisions on who to activate, when, and how based on performance and brand alignment
• Flag standout creator moments and opportunities for amplification across brand channels

Events & activations (20%)

• Support planning and execution of influencer events and brand activations, including gifting, guest coordination, and on-site support
• Assist in pre- and post-event communications to ensure strong relationship management and content capture
• Help track event participation, content output, and overall impact to inform future activations

Cross-functional support (10%)

• Collaborate with content, social, and digital teams to ensure influencer efforts align with broader brand campaigns
• Support internal coordination across product launches, content calendars, and key business priorities
• Assist in aligning influencer activations with seasonal storytelling and campaign moments

Team learning & development (5%)

• Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and campaign planning sessions
• Contribute ideas around influencer strategy, cultural trends, and brand storytelling
• Support ad hoc projects across marketing, social, and partnerships

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about skincare, wellness, and digital media
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with strong written and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with influencer tracking tools a plus (e.g., Archive, Tribe Dynamics, etc.)

Key Qualifications

• Experience in beauty a plus
• Available to work 40 hours per week
• Must be based in or able to commute to NYC
• Salary: $17.00/hour

Pay: $17.00 per hour
