 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a highly motivated
 
 Senior Financial Analyst
 
 to join our dynamic team and drive financial planning and analysis (FP&amp;A) for our growing business. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making by providing actionable financial insights, building robust models, and partnering closely with business leaders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and has a strong understanding of AI services and inferencing economics.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end FP&amp;A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver financial insights to guide growth initiatives, investments, and business strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with cross-functional leaders to analyze performance, trends, and key business drivers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making, particularly in AI services and inferencing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare executive-ready reporting, variance analysis, and presentations for leadership.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Basic Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, finance, or related roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of AI services, inferencing economics, or cloud-based business models.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience partnering with technology or product teams in a fast-growth environment.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Salary Range
 
 
 
 $125,000 - $150,000 USD + Benefits
 
 
 
 
 This opportunity is a full-time, on-site role with Gruve, based at our Redwood City, California office.
