grüve is a women’s hormone wellness brand redefining the supplement space with the first liquid liposomal AM/PM hormone ritual on the market. Built for women who want to feel like themselves again, grüve is a fast-growing brand with a real community behind it.

The Role

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy social media intern to help build grüve’s presence across TikTok and Instagram. You’ll be hands-on with content creation, community engagement, and helping bring the grüve brand to life online.

What You’ll Do

• Shoot, edit, and post short-form video content (TikTok, Reels)
• Draft captions and stories aligned with grüve’s voice
• Research trending audio, formats, and wellness conversations
• Engage with the grüve community (comments, DMs, reposts)
• Assist with UGC coordination and affiliate creator outreach
• Support product launches, campaigns, and monthly content calendars

You’re a Fit If You

• Are active on TikTok and Instagram and understand what performs
• Have a strong eye for aesthetics and on-brand storytelling
• Can write in a casual, confident, woman-to-woman tone
• Are self-directed and don’t need hand-holding
• Have basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
• Bonus: personal experience with hormonal health or PCOS

Pay: $15.00 per hour
