About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Human Resource Executive to support and enhance all aspects of the HR function. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process &mdash; sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions</li><li>Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters and employment documentation</li></ul>HR Operations<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems</li><li>Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies</li></ul>Performance &amp; Employee Engagement<ul><li>Support performance appraisal cycles and employee development programs</li><li>Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives</li><li>Address employee grievances and assist in maintaining a positive work environment</li></ul>Policy &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)</li><li>Support HR audits and maintain confidential HR documentation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles</li><li>Solid understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.)</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>People-oriented and results-driven</li><li>High integrity and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and collaborative environment</li><li>Exposure to diverse HR functions and strategic initiatives</li><li>Competitive compensation and employee benefits</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
