About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Human Resource Executive to support and enhance all aspects of the HR function. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters and employment documentation
HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems
- Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
Performance & Employee Engagement
- Support performance appraisal cycles and employee development programs
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives
- Address employee grievances and assist in maintaining a positive work environment
Policy & Compliance
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
- Support HR audits and maintain confidential HR documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles
- Solid understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.)
