HR Executive

<ul><li>Diploma in Mechanical </li></ul>OR<ul><li>B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical </li><li>Assist senior engineers/supervisors in daily operations.</li><li>Support in production, quality checks, maintenance, or related tasks.</li><li>Prepare reports, maintain records, and update data as instructed. </li><li>Follow all safety rules, PPE usage, and workplace discipline.</li><li>Maintain quality standards as per company and customer requirements. </li><li>Operate and monitor CNC machines as per given work instructions.</li><li>Set tools, fixtures, and job parameters according to the drawing. </li><li>Assist in CNC program loading and editing under guidance.</li><li>Verify correct tool offsets, cutting speeds, and feeds.</li><li>Ensure proper fixture clamping and zero setting. </li><li>Carry out in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.</li><li>Check part dimensions as per drawing and quality standards.</li><li>Identify defects, report abnormalities, and take corrective action. </li><li>Maintain daily production and rejection reports.</li><li>Record tool life, breakdown history, and maintenance logs.</li><li>Report machine downtime and issues to the supervisor. </li><li>Contribute to cycle time reduction and productivity improvement.</li><li>Participate in Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing activities.</li><li>Suggest improvements for quality, safety, and efficiency.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
