Job Role / Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire changes, brake inspections, etc.)</li><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles</li><li>Work under the supervision of a senior mechanic or garage foreman</li><li>Maintain tools and workshop equipment in good condition</li><li>Follow safety procedures and workshop guidelines</li></ul>Experience &amp; Skills:<ul><li>2 years of practical experience in UAE workshops</li><li>Familiarity with UAE vehicle brands and models commonly in use</li><li>Ability to read service manuals and use diagnostic tools</li><li>Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and engine components</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma is preferred (Not Mandatory)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Garage Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily operations of the garage/workshop, ensuring all vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely.</li><li>Assign and monitor tasks for mechanics, technicians, and support staff.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.</li><li>Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure quality standards are maintained.</li><li>Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables; manage procurement as needed.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on garage operations, workforce performance, and inventory status.</li><li>Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior mechanics and technicians.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.</li><li>Collaborate with management to improve workflow efficiency and reduce downtime.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a garage/workshop environment in the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, and repair procedures.</li><li>Leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising a team of 5-20 staff.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE labor laws, health and safety regulations, and workshop best practices.</li><li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Technical certification or diploma in automotive mechanics/engineering.</li><li>Experience with computerized workshop management systems.</li><li>Knowledge of different vehicle makes and models, including luxury cars.</li></ul>A valid UAE driving license is usually mandatoryJob Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
