We&rsquo;re seeking a social media-savvy Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team and help us connect with shoppers in-store and online.As a Marketing Assistant at GTM Stores, you&rsquo;ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, support digital content, and assist with promotions and community events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to grow a career in marketing.Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, &amp; TikTok</li><li>Create, proofread, and edit Weekly Ad for digital and print</li><li>Use Mailchimp to create and execute email marketing campaigns</li><li>Attend periodic community events, representing GTM with professionalism and enthusiasm</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all channels</li><li>Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team</li><li>Travel weekly between stores to capture content (locations in Santee &amp; Chula Vista)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related field</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Proficient knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)</li><li>Comfortable with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects</li><li>Have reliable transportation with the ability to travel short distances (mileage reimbursement available)</li></ul>Starting Pay: $22/hourDays/Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday, Tuesday, ThursdaySubmit your application directly through Indeed with your resume and a brief cover letter telling us why you&rsquo;d be a great fit for GTM Stores.
