This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sage 200 professional to play a pivotal role in client success, technical troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.Role OverviewAs a Sage 200 Support Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for client support queries, delivering expert application and technical assistance via helpdesk, phone, and email. You'll work across a range of industries, supporting Sage 200 and associated products such as Sicon and Draycir, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction.This full-time role offers hybrid flexibility from UK-based offices or fully remote working within the UK.Key Responsibilities• Provide application and technical support for Sage 200, Sicon, and related products• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues or escalate where necessary• Maintain accurate ticket records and deliver against SLAs• Act as an escalation point for Sage 200 and Sicon-related queries• Identify trends in support incidents and report to the Service Delivery Manager• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and knowledge transfer• Refer advisory requests to account management or consultancy teams• Continuously develop product knowledge and maintain relevant certificationsEssential Experience• 3+ years in a support role with Sage 200 and Sicon (Financials and Commercials modules)• Confident applying data fixes and navigating ticket management systems• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills• Proven team collaboration experience• Valid Right to Work in the UKDesirable Skills• ITIL Foundation or similar professional IT certifications• Sage 200 Financials and Commercials accreditations• Experience with Sage CRM and/or Sage 50Benefits & Perks• 30 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays• 1 additional day off for your birthday• Hybrid working options• Company pension scheme• Cycle to Work Scheme• IT Purchase Scheme• Employee Assistance Programme
