Job Title: Payment Support Coordinator Company: Gtrack-On LLC Location: Doha, QatarJob Summary: Gtrack-On LLC is seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Payment Support Coordinator to assist in managing payment processes, troubleshooting payment-related issues, and providing exceptional support to customers and internal teams. This role is vital to ensuring smooth financial transactions and maintaining high standards of service for our clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle and process customer payments, ensuring all transactions are accurate and recorded in a timely manner</li><li>Provide first-line support for payment-related inquiries from clients, resolving issues and offering clear, helpful guidance</li><li>Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless payment processes</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting payment errors, discrepancies, and chargebacks, coordinating with internal departments to resolve them quickly</li><li>Maintain accurate records of transactions, payment logs, and customer interactions</li><li>Assist with reconciling payment data and generating reports for internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Support the development of payment-related policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors</li><li>Monitor payment systems and recommend improvements for enhanced security and customer satisfaction</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including data security and privacy policies related to payment processing</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in payment support, finance, customer service, or a related role</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and payment management software</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with payment processing platforms, gateways, and financial systems</li><li>Knowledge of financial regulations and payment security protocols</li><li>Multilingual skills are a plus</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and development</li><li>A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation</li><li>Exposure to cutting-edge payment technologies and financial systems</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR630,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
