We are looking for a Hiring Coordinator to join our team to help us hire compassionate caregivers!
Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm
Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt
The primary function of the Hiring Coordinator is to create and manage employment ads, screeninterview candidates ,and orient new staff. Applicants should be high energy with a desire to succeed and contribute to the growth of the company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Reach weekly hiring goals</li><li>Applicant Outreach</li><li>Ad management and sourcing through other mediums such as job fairs</li><li>Interviewing and orienting</li><li>Onboarding including Data Entry and Orientation of newly hired caregivers</li><li>Communicate effectively with the Scheduling team to determine needs and priorities</li></ul>

Candidates for this position should be tech savvy with social media, employment sites, outgoing, personable and possess good verbal and written communication skills. Previous recruitment experience preferred or related work history. Home Care experience is a plus. Compensation is hourly $22-$25/hour with 40 hours Monday-Friday.

YOUR ROLE AS A CAREGIVER. HOME HEALTH AIDE</h3>
As a caregiver with Guardian Angel Senior Services in Boston, MA, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional home care for senior citizens. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting with shopping errands, ensuring that clients have everything they need while fostering independence. You'll perform light housekeeping duties, creating a tidy and welcoming environment, and be a pleasant and supportive companion who brings joy to their daily life. Personal care and hygiene assistance will also be part of your responsibilities, as well as planning and preparing meals with the client's input. Be ready to act quickly and responsibly in emergencies and help clients with ambulation and mobility around the house.
