As a Home Care Scheduler, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care by coordinating caregiver schedules, responding to staffing needs, and building strong relationships with both clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate home care visits for caregivers and clients.
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client preferences.
• Manage last-minute schedule changes, call-outs, and emergency staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and office staff.
• Work closely with the recruiting and clinical teams to maintain quality coverage and continuity of care.
• Help ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous home care scheduling, healthcare staffing, or related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient with computers and scheduling software (Generations Homecare Software experience is a plus).
• Dependable, professional, and solution-oriented.
