Assisting the clients with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, shopping for food/supplies, light housekeeping, assisting with transferring client, lifting client, and providing transportation to and from medical appointments or place needed for your clients health &amp; safety. Attending regular in-service trainings and keeping up to date on policy and procedure changes. Maintaining daily shift logs and detailed progress notes. Working rotating schedules (to include weekends/holidays) when needed.
