DSP - Direct Service Worker - Alexandria Area

Must be able to pass Criminal Background; Must have own transportation; Valid Driver Licenses; Social Security Card; Proof of insurance; Valid Inspection Sticker. Assisting the clients with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry, shopping for food/supplies, light housekeeping, assisting with transferring client, lifting client, and providing transportation to and from medical appointments or place needed for your clients health & safety. Attending regular in-service trainings and keeping up to date on policy and procedure changes. Maintaining daily shift logs and detailed progress notes. Working rotating schedules (to include weekends/holidays) when needed. Be willing and able to be called in to cover a shift if necessary.
