In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, comfort, and happiness of dogs in our care. Shifts: 11am-8:30pm or 3:30pm-8:30pm

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care to dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments throughout the day
• Administer first aid when necessary, ensuring the safety and health of each dog
• Maintain a clean environment by regularly cleaning dog areas, bedding, and feeding supplies
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each dog’s dietary needs and preferences
• Engage dogs in stimulating activities such as walks, playtime, and training exercises to promote mental and physical health
• Monitor dogs’ behavior closely, noting any signs of distress or health issues for prompt action

Experience

• Prior experience working with dogs or in pet caregiving roles is highly preferred
• Experience in cleaning and maintaining pet areas to ensure hygiene standards are met
• Background in cooking or meal preparation for pets or children is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as caregiving, cleaning, and meal prep efficiently
