With a fleet of 70+ luxury buses, we specialize in providing comfortable, safe, and punctual travel experiences across destinations in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and other parts of India.Position OverviewThe HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, compliance, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will help strengthen the company&rsquo;s people practices while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management efficiently.Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops &amp; Establishment, etc.).Plan and execute employee engagement and retention programs.Conduct staff and driver training and development sessions.Support performance appraisals and employee career growth initiatives.Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.Collaborate with management on workforce planning and HR strategy.Qualifications &amp; ExperienceBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).5&ndash;8 years of HR experience, ideally in the travel, transport, or service industry.Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.).Preferred AttributesExperience managing both office and field staff (drivers, operations team).Proactive, disciplined, and people-oriented professional.Committed to building a positive workplace culture and team spirit.Compensation &amp; BenefitsSalary: &#8377;25,000 &ndash; &#8377;35,000 per month (based on experience).Performance-based incentives.Health insurance and travel discounts.Opportunities for learning and professional development.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
