Job Title: HR Manager

Reports To: Managing Director / Director
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Position Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, compliance, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will help strengthen the company’s people practices while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management efficiently.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Plan and execute employee engagement and retention programs.
Conduct staff and driver training and development sessions.
Support performance appraisals and employee career growth initiatives.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Collaborate with management on workforce planning and HR strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
5–8 years of HR experience, ideally in the travel, transport, or service industry.
Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits
