To develop, plan, and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance brand visibility in the FMCG sector.Key Responsibilities: Sales Management<ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and modern trade channels.</li><li>Build and manage strong distributor/dealer/retailer networks to ensure market penetration.</li><li>Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on sales trends and forecasts.</li><li>Negotiate and close key accounts and maintain long-term relationships with clients.</li><li>Ensure proper product placement, availability, and visibility across markets.</li><li>Monitor the tasks of Field Sales Executive team, Improve their performance by guiding &amp; motivation.</li></ul>Marketing Management<ul><li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline &amp; digital) to promote products and increase market share.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and consumer behavior studies to design effective strategies.</li><li>Manage branding, promotions, events, and product launches.</li><li>Work with the creative team to design marketing materials (brochures, digital ads, packaging ideas, etc.).</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for campaigns.</li></ul>Team &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Lead, train, and motivate sales &amp; marketing executives to achieve business goals.</li><li>Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth supply and order fulfillment.</li><li>Collaborate with management for product pricing, schemes, and promotional offers.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of FMCG sales channels (retail, wholesale, modern trade, online).</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Leadership qualities with experience in managing teams.</li><li>Creative mindset with knowledge of digital &amp; traditional marketing trends.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>8-10 years of experience in Sales &amp; Marketing within the FMCG industry.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing marketing campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
