Job briefWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to support our organization&rsquo;s contract management lifecycle. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, tracking, and maintaining a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other legal documents. This role ensures compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations while mitigating risk and supporting business objectives.Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft, review, revise, and manage a variety of contracts and legal documents in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external parties.</li><li>Facilitate the contract approval process by coordinating with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and other relevant departments.</li><li>Maintain and update the contract management system/database, ensuring all contracts are accurately recorded, categorized, and accessible.</li><li>Track key contract dates (e.g., renewals, expirations, termination windows) and proactively alert stakeholders of upcoming actions.</li><li>Ensure contract compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.</li><li>Support contract negotiations by providing standard language, identifying risks, and escalating complex issues to Legal or senior management as needed.</li><li>Generate reports on contract status, obligations, and performance metrics for management review.</li><li>Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of contract management processes and best practices.</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for internal clients regarding contract-related inquiries.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive contract and business information.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in contract administration, legal support, procurement, or a similar role.</li><li>Experience in chemical industry is a plus.</li><li>Experience of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Familiarity with e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>contract administration : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
