Leadership &amp; Coordination:
<ul>
<li>Lead and guide pastoral teams to maintain a caring and supportive school environment.</li>
<li>Oversee extracurricular, enrichment, and co-curricular activity planning to ensure balanced student participation.</li>
<li>Manage timetabling and substitution efficiently to maintain smooth academic and activity schedules.</li>
<li>Coordinate with section heads, activity leaders, and counsellors for effective student engagement.</li>
</ul>
Policy &amp; Compliance:
<ul>
<li>Ensure all pastoral and student welfare initiatives are aligned with KHDA regulations and school policies.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation related to attendance, discipline, and student welfare records.</li>
<li>Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to safeguarding and child protection guidelines.</li>
</ul>
Communication &amp; Engagement:
<ul>
<li>Act as a liaison between students, parents, and teachers regarding behavioural and emotional well-being.</li>
<li>Organise assemblies, awareness programs, and campaigns promoting values, leadership, and resilience.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of openness, empathy, and inclusivity through effective communication strategies.</li>
</ul>
Professional Development &amp; Training:
<ul>
<li>Provide training and workshops for teachers on student well-being, behaviour management, and emotional support.</li>
<li>Stay updated with pastoral best practices and KHDA updates related to student welfare.</li>
<li>Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to the school s strategic development initiatives.</li>
