Gulf View Company is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.</li><li>Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.</li><li>Prepare letters, reports, quotations, and administrative documents.</li><li>Organize and maintain office records and filing systems.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and service providers.</li><li>Follow up on pending tasks and provide administrative support to management.</li><li>Assist in preparing presentations and meeting minutes.</li><li>Welcome visitors and maintain a professional office environment.</li><li>Handle general office administration and day-to-day operations.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or secretarial work.</li><li>Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.</li><li>Professional attitude and ability to work independently.</li></ul>Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Employment Type: Full-time. Salary: SAR 3,000 &ndash; 5,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
