Administrative Assistant

Gulf View Company is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare letters, reports, quotations, and administrative documents.
  • Organize and maintain office records and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and provide administrative support to management.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and meeting minutes.
  • Welcome visitors and maintain a professional office environment.
  • Handle general office administration and day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or secretarial work.
  • Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional attitude and ability to work independently.

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Salary: SAR 3,000 – 5,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
