Overview: Gulf Wind Counseling is a Tallahassee mental health therapy and couples counseling practice looking to hire a part-time administrative employee for basic bookkeeping of insurance claim payments.Requirements:<ul><li>Work hours are flexible</li><li>Work can be remote with internet access or on-site</li><li>1-2 hours per week onsite for management and progress reporting</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Weekly processing of insurance payments</li><li>Accessing various online payment portals for new payments</li><li>Entering payments into the ledger of our practice management system</li><li>Reviewing client copayments for accuracy and invoice aging</li><li>Reporting weekly progress to practice manager</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Familiarity with basic office management tools (email, spreadsheets, etc.)</li><li>Bookkeeping experience preferred</li><li>Participation in accounting/finance program preferred</li></ul>Compensation: $15 per hourJob Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 per hourExpected hours: 6 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Tallahassee, FL 32303
