 We&rsquo;re looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive focused on generating consistent revenue through outbound and platform-based acquisition.

 1. Platform-Based Lead Generation
 
 
 
 
 
 Identify and apply to high-quality projects on Upwork
 
 
 Write custom, high-conversion proposals (no templates)
 
 
 Track applications, responses, and conversion rates

 2. Direct Outreach &amp; Prospecting
 
 
 
 
 
 Execute cold and warm outreach via email
 
 
 Identify and contact decision-makers via LinkedIn

 3. Sales Process Support
 
 
 
 
 
 Handle initial client communication
 
 
 Qualify leads and book calls

 Research new markets, niches, and service demand

 Strong written communication (this role is 70% writing)
 
 
 Understanding of client psychology &amp; sales
 
 
 Ability to research and personalize outreach

 &pound;5,000+ monthly &rarr; 10%
