Overview We are seeking skilled Roofers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various roofing techniques and materials, with a strong focus on quality and safety. This role involves working on residential roofing projects, ensuring that roofs are installed or repaired to the highest standards.Duties<ul><li>Install, repair, and restore roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, and tiles.</li><li>Perform inspections to assess roof conditions and determine necessary repairs or replacements.</li><li>Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing and insulation of roofs. .</li><li>Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Roofer or in a related field such as carpentry or construction.</li><li>Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.</li><li>Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.</li></ul>Join our dedicated team of professionals who take pride in delivering quality roofing solutions!Job Type: Full-timePay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
