Overview
We are seeking skilled Roofers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various roofing techniques and materials, with a strong focus on quality and safety. This role involves working on residential roofing projects, ensuring that roofs are installed or repaired to the highest standards.

Duties

• Install, repair, and restore roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, and tiles.
• Perform inspections to assess roof conditions and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
• Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing and insulation of roofs. .
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Roofer or in a related field such as carpentry or construction.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
