Key Responsibilities</h3>
Campaigns &amp; Content<ul><li>
Plan and execute monthly promotions, marketing campaigns, and events.</li><li>
Manage content creation for social media, email marketing, SMS, and in-office materials.</li><li>
Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards.</li><li>
Support providers with personal branding (photos, social media guidance, etc.).</li></ul>
Digital Marketing &amp; Advertising<ul><li>
Coordinate paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.</li><li>
Monitor performance, track ROI, and optimize campaigns for conversions.</li><li>
Maintain and update website content, including specials, events, and service pages.</li></ul>
Operations &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Manage the local marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met.</li><li>
Track and report KPIs such as new patient counts, campaign performance, and referral sources.</li><li>
Partner with the front desk team to promote specials, events, and memberships.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and GVO leadership on growth strategies.</li></ul>
Community &amp; Events<ul><li>
Plan, promote, and execute practice events (open houses, grand openings, patient appreciation days, vendor collaborations).</li><li>
Build and manage influencer, referral, and local partnership programs.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
2+ years of experience in marketing (healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry preferred).</li><li>
Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and event planning.</li><li>
Proficiency with social media platforms, email platforms (MailChimp, GoHighLevel), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus).</li><li>
Experience with CRM/marketing software (GoHighLevel, 4DEMR, Monday.com, or similar).</li><li>
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>
