Candidates must demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and the ability to collaborate effectively with both attorneys and paralegals. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and performance, along with bonus opportunities.&#8203;&#8203;Responsibilities may include:<ul><li>Settlement Negotiation: Evaluate, develop, and efficiently resolve cases. You will have access to a wide range of policy limits, including high-value and million-dollar cases. Results are recognized and rewarded.</li><li>Court Representation: Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including EBTs and pre-trial conferences. Trial experience is a plus.</li></ul>&#8203;&#8203;Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in complex litigation, including municipal liability, premises liability, trucking cases, wrongful death, and other plaintiff personal injury matters.</li><li>Active admission to the New Jersey or New York Bar is required (additional state admissions strongly preferred, as our practice spans multiple jurisdictions).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>New York Bar (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Flushing, NY 11354 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Flushing, NY 11354
