We are seeking 1-2 highly motivated Personal Injury Attorneys to join our team (we can accommodate either Part-Time or Full-Time positions). Candidates must demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and the ability to collaborate effectively with both attorneys and paralegals. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and performance, along with bonus opportunities.

​​Responsibilities may include:

• Settlement Negotiation: Evaluate, develop, and efficiently resolve cases. You will have access to a wide range of policy limits, including high-value and million-dollar cases. Results are recognized and rewarded.
• Court Representation: Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including EBTs and pre-trial conferences. Trial experience is a plus.

​​Qualifications:

• Experience in complex litigation, including municipal liability, premises liability, trucking cases, wrongful death, and other plaintiff personal injury matters.
• Active admission to the New Jersey or New York Bar is required (additional state admissions strongly preferred, as our practice spans multiple jurisdictions).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
