How you'll make an impact <ul> <li>Project preparation (input)During the preparation phase of a project, the IPM is responsible for the following activities.</li> <li>Creation of PT for the PM. Process documentation, see Intranet / Our Company / Quality Management / Process Sequences/. Checking the PT as well as adaptation to the actual scope of supply upon receipt of the order.</li> <li>Assembly planning by creating a detailed sequence program with all project-relevant activities and Personnel planning through determining the personnel requirements and initiating the reservations in own department as well as with sub suppliers.</li> <li>Creation of the scheduling in consultation with the customer and PM and determination of the required assembly tools in cooperation with the responsible assembly personnel. Timely procurement and shipping to the construction site and determination of the required assembly consumables and timely</li> <li>procurement and shipping to the construction site.
