Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead our site teams. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, and managing project timelines for interior fit-out projects. &#8203;Key Responsibilities &#8203;Supervision: Manage carpentry crews to ensure productivity, discipline, and adherence to schedules. &#8203;Technical: Interpret architectural drawings/blueprints and layout work for the team. &#8203;Quality Control: Inspect all joinery and installation work to ensure it meets specifications. &#8203;Materials: Calculate requirements, manage inventory, and minimize material waste. &#8203;Safety: Enforce strict site safety protocols and proper tool usage. &#8203;Reporting: Update the Project Manager on progress and resolve site issues immediately. &#8203;Requirements &#8203;Experience: 15 years in carpentry, with 5 years in a supervisory role. &#8203;Skills: Expert in joinery techniques, wood properties, and fit-out installation. &#8203;Language: Strong command of English (spoken and written). &#8203;Documentation: Ability to read shop drawings and create cutting lists. &#8203;License: Valid driver&rsquo;s licenseJob Type: Full-time
