Sales Executive – Carpentry, Joinery & Fit-Out

The Role

We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our production expertise and our clientele. You will be responsible for driving business growth by securing new projects in bespoke carpentry, custom cabinetry, and interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the residential and commercial fit-out sectors.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to understand their design visions, functional needs, and project scopes.
  • Technical Sales: Leverage your technical understanding of woodworking, custom joinery, and materials to confidently advise clients and propose viable, high-quality solutions.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare and present compelling, accurate sales proposals, cost estimations, and project timelines.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal design and production teams to ensure smooth project handovers and clear communication of client specifications.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Proven track record in sales specifically within the carpentry, bespoke joinery, and interior fit-out industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of woodworking specifications, custom cabinetry construction, and interior finishing materials.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, present ideas clearly, and negotiate effectively with high-end clients.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid Qatari driving license and own a personal vehicle.
  • Drive & Organization: Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized with a professional approach to managing a sales pipeline.
