Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We&rsquo;re also looking for someone skilled in social media to post on Instagram daily.Duties<ul><li>Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.</li><li>Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and filing of documents.</li><li>Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and manage office expenses.</li><li>Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and calendar management.</li><li>Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, typing reports, and managing correspondence.</li><li>Support office management by maintaining supplies inventory and coordinating with vendors as necessary.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various clerical tasks.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate time management skills effectively in a busy environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourWork Location: In person
