This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer who enjoys bringing ideas to life, managing end-to-end marketing workflows, and working closely with a high-performing solo agent.If you take pride in producing exceptional work, enjoy a supportive and collaborative environment, and want a role with long-term growth potential, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.What You&rsquo;ll DoBranding &amp; Content<ul><li>Maintain and enhance brand identity across digital and print platforms</li><li>Write polished marketing copy for listings, newsletters, email campaigns, and ads</li><li>Create monthly content calendars and ensure consistent messaging</li></ul>Listing Marketing<ul><li>Produce marketing packages (brochures, postcards, signage, websites, social ads)</li><li>Coordinate with photographers, videographers, stagers, and designers</li><li>Monitor listing performance metrics and optimize campaigns</li></ul>Digital Marketing<ul><li>Manage social media strategy (reels, stories, posts, paid promotions)</li><li>Run targeted ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google</li><li>Produce email newsletters and market updates</li></ul>Print &amp; Farm Marketing<ul><li>Plan and execute farm mailers and neighborhood campaigns</li><li>Oversee printing, mailing timelines, and distribution</li><li>Maintain organized databases for ongoing outreach</li></ul>Client Relationship &amp; Event Marketing<ul><li>Support branding and communication for client events</li><li>Produce invitations, signage, and follow-up messaging</li><li>Develop seasonal and community-focused marketing campaigns</li></ul>Marketing Systems &amp; Organization<ul><li>Maintain a structured marketing calendar</li><li>Track marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor communication</li><li>Build templates and workflows for efficient marketing execution</li></ul>Who You AreExperience<ul><li>3&ndash;7+ years of professional marketing experience</li><li>Strong writing and design skills</li><li>Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Suite</li><li>Skilled in social media storytelling and short-form video</li><li>Bonus: Real estate marketing experience (not required)</li><li>Strong writing and design skills, with proficiency in Canva or Adobe tools.</li><li>Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).</li><li>Ability to interpret simple analytics and run basic paid ads.</li><li>Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented with a collaborative, low-ego approach.</li></ul>Personal Qualities<ul><li>Independent, proactive, and highly organized</li><li>Strong executor who enjoys turning ideas into polished deliverables</li><li>Creative, flexible, and comfortable with shifting priorities</li><li>Collaborative and steady &mdash; thrives partnering with a high-energy leader</li><li>Passionate about long-term growth in a marketing-focused role</li></ul>Work EnvironmentThis is a small, agile, entrepreneurial environment &mdash; not a large brokerage or corporate department.
