What You’ll Do
Branding & Content
- Maintain and enhance brand identity across digital and print platforms
- Write polished marketing copy for listings, newsletters, email campaigns, and ads
- Create monthly content calendars and ensure consistent messaging
Listing Marketing
- Produce marketing packages (brochures, postcards, signage, websites, social ads)
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, stagers, and designers
- Monitor listing performance metrics and optimize campaigns
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media strategy (reels, stories, posts, paid promotions)
- Run targeted ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
- Produce email newsletters and market updates
Print & Farm Marketing
- Plan and execute farm mailers and neighborhood campaigns
- Oversee printing, mailing timelines, and distribution
- Maintain organized databases for ongoing outreach
Client Relationship & Event Marketing
- Support branding and communication for client events
- Produce invitations, signage, and follow-up messaging
- Develop seasonal and community-focused marketing campaigns
Marketing Systems & Organization
- Maintain a structured marketing calendar
- Track marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor communication
- Build templates and workflows for efficient marketing execution
Who You AreExperience
- 3–7+ years of professional marketing experience
- Strong writing and design skills
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Suite
- Skilled in social media storytelling and short-form video
- Bonus: Real estate marketing experience (not required)

- Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
- Ability to interpret simple analytics and run basic paid ads.
