Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Employee Record Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems and databases.</li><li>Recruitment Support: Post job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews, and assist with background checks.</li><li>Onboarding &amp; Offboarding: Facilitate the process for new hires, including preparing documents and conducting orientations. Manage and prepare paperwork for employee departures.</li><li>Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, answer phone calls and emails, look after overall office operations and manage HR inboxes.</li><li>Payroll &amp; Benefits: Collect timesheets and data to support payroll processing and assist with benefits administration.</li><li>Employee Inquiries: Serve as a point of contact for employees, answering questions and directing them to the right resources.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Compliance: Assist in preparing reports on employee data, and help ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Organizational Skills: To manage various tasks, schedules, and large volumes of data.</li><li>Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees, applicants, and stakeholders.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurate record-keeping, contract preparation, and data entry.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of HR software, digital tools, word processing, and spreadsheets.</li><li>Flexibility: To adapt to a fast-paced office environment and support various HR needs.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;11,515.27 - &#8377;27,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
