Core responsibilities<ul><li>Record and track finances: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and books of accounts.</li><li>Prepare financial statements: Produce key financial reports like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Perform analysis and reporting: Analyze financial data, assess financial operations, and create reports to help management make informed decisions.</li><li>Manage budgets and forecasts: Develop and manage budgets, and create financial forecasts.</li><li>Reconcile accounts: Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure compliance: Ensure all financial records and activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting principles (like GAAP).</li><li>Handle taxes: Prepare and file tax returns, and advise on strategies to minimize tax liabilities.</li></ul>Additional duties<ul><li>Review and process invoices, and manage payments.</li><li>Manage payroll functions.</li><li>Liaise with external auditors and banks.</li><li>Provide strategic advice on financial planning, investments, and cost reduction.</li><li>Implement or update accounting systems and software.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,566.29 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Maya Puri, Delhi, Delhi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
