 As a Trainee, your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Support project teams with administrative and operational tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
 </li>

 Maintain effective documentation, records, and reports to support decision-making and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accompany company representatives or external PROs to government offices when required, ensuring accurate
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Build and maintain strong relationships with government representatives, suppliers, and partners to support
 
 
 </li>

 Scope of Work

 Help build and maintain a Knowledge &amp; Insights base.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and organize internal learning workshops for team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare documents on company projects and learnings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Strategy department in managing relationships with external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in managing, planning and implementing strategic projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Project Management Office with ensuring project governance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Roll out process-improvement projects with long-term organization benefits.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time-management abilities with close attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative team player.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 UAE National (Emirati) - with valid Family Book.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 0-2 years experience (Best for Fresh Graduates)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. .
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous Experience with management / coordination of projects would be a plus (Charity events, university events,
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
