Halapack Packaging is looking for a skilled and reliable Packaging Machine Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing sealing machines and other packaging-related equipment.You will be responsible for ensuring all machines function smoothly, efficiently, and safely to maintain continuous production operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate, monitor, and maintain automatic and semi-automatic sealing machines.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic faults in packaging equipment.</li><li>Conduct routine maintenance to reduce downtime and improve machine performance.</li><li>Calibrate machine settings according to product specifications and packaging materials.</li><li>Ensure quality standards and production targets are consistently met.</li><li>Maintain safety and cleanliness around the machinery area.</li><li>Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or certification in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or a related field.</li><li>Experience in packaging, sealing, or labeling machine operation and maintenance (food packaging experience is a plus).</li><li>Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.</li><li>Ability to diagnose problems quickly and perform effective repairs.</li><li>Basic knowledge of safety and operational procedures in a production environment.</li><li>Team-oriented with good communication skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Employment Visa &amp; Accommodation provided by the company.</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Overtime and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a professional and growing packaging company in Duba</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
