E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a proactive E-commerce Specialist to manage our website performance, online marketplaces, and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will handle website updates, product listings, social media presence, and paid advertising to drive traffic, sales, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Website & WooCommerce Management

• Update and maintain the company’s WordPress/WooCommerce store.
• Ensure product details, pricing, and inventory are accurate.
• Run regular checks for performance, SEO, and user experience.
• Optimize product pages to increase conversions.

2. Digital Marketing & Ads

• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).
• Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for sales and leads.
• Monitor ROAS, performance, and adjust campaigns as needed.
• Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies.

3. Social Media Management

• Maintain active company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Plan and schedule posts and brand content.
• Collaborate with design/creative teams when needed.
• Grow engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

4. Marketplace Management (Amazon & Noon)

• Create and optimize product listings.
• Improve ranking, keywords, A+ content, and pricing competitiveness.
• Monitor customer reviews and backend issues.
• Ensure stock levels and smooth operations.

5. Performance Tracking

• Analyze website traffic, sales conversions, and user behavior.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in E-commerce or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce.
• Skilled in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and analytics tools.
• Experience with Amazon & Noon listings.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and creative mindset.
• Basic Canva or graphic design skills (preferred)
