Operations Support CoordinatorLocation: Beccles, NorfolkHours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pmSalary: DOE Hales Group are currently seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to assist with the smooth running of daily activities for our client in Beccles. This position suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a blend of administrative tasks, logistical coordination, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities<ul> <li>Provide administrative support</li><li>Handle customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism</li><li>Process hire documentation and maintain accurate records</li><li>Coordinate service schedules, breakdown responses, and maintenance updates</li><li>Communicate with suppliers to source missing paperwork or parts</li><li>Order components and arrange servicing for machinery and equipment</li><li>Monitor job progress and follow up on outstanding tasks</li><li>Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems</li><li>Assist with delivery and collection scheduling in collaboration with the operations team</li><li>Support adherence to health and safety procedures on-site</li></ul> Skills & Experience<ul> <li>Strong administrative and organisational abilities</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Experience in plant hire, construction admin, or equipment rental (preferred but not essential)</li><li>Reliable, proactive, and capable of taking initiative</li><li>Team-oriented with a practical problem-solving mindset</li></ul> Why work through Hales Group?All our Consultants are committed and qualified in what they do and have been operating in Lowestoft for many years.
