Job DescriptionHaley Lane Interiors is looking for a highly skilled drafting and interior design support professional to join our team in a remote, flexible work-from-home role. This position is ideal for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and able to support a high-end residential interior design firm with drafting, design documentation, renderings, and visual presentation needs.This is a contract labor position with flexible hours. The right person will be dependable, proactive, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury design environment.<ul><li>Create and revise floor plans, furniture plans, elevations, and design drawings</li><li>Support interior design documentation for large-scale residential projects</li><li>Assist with space planning and translating design intent into clear visual drawings</li><li>Produce or assist with renderings and visual presentations</li><li>Help with AI-supported design and rendering workflows</li><li>Organize and update drawing sets as projects evolve</li><li>Work closely with the design team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely revisions</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Degree or background in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Drafting, or a related field</li><li>Strong experience with CAD, Revit and BimX and other drafting software for interior design projects</li><li>Proficiency in floor plans, elevations, and construction/design drawing organization</li><li>Familiarity with additional design software and programs used in the interior design industry</li><li>Experience with or interest in rendering software, visual presentations, and AI design tools</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction while also working independently</li><li>Excellent communication and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work remotely and manage deadlines consistently</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Drafting: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Southlake, TX 76092
