Overview At The Half Cookie, we're more than a cookie shop and espresso bar- we're a fast growing small business built on quality, consistency, and community. We are looking for motivated, reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented team members to join our shop in a part-time (15-20 hours) or full time (20-30 hours) role.If you love coffee, cookies, being creative, and constantly raising the bar in a fast-paced environment- this job is for you.Duties<ul><li>Prepare espresso drinks and cookies with consistency and care</li><li>Provide a warm and elevated customer service experience</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work space</li><li>Support daily shop operations (restocking, open/closing tasks)</li><li>Work efficiently during busy rushes while staying calm, focused, and friendly</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior barista, cafe, or high volume retail experience preferred</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Flexible availability, including weekends</li><li>Strong attention to detail and pride in your work</li><li>Positive attitude and a team-first mindset</li><li>Reliable and punctual</li></ul>Pay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
