Barista/Retail Associate

Overview
At The Half Cookie, we're more than a cookie shop and espresso bar- we're a fast growing small business built on quality, consistency, and community. We are looking for motivated, reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented team members to join our shop in a part-time (15-20 hours) or full time (20-30 hours) role.

If you love coffee, cookies, being creative, and constantly raising the bar in a fast-paced environment- this job is for you.

Duties

• Prepare espresso drinks and cookies with consistency and care
• Provide a warm and elevated customer service experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work space
• Support daily shop operations (restocking, open/closing tasks)
• Work efficiently during busy rushes while staying calm, focused, and friendly

Qualifications

• Prior barista, cafe, or high volume retail experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Reliable and punctual

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
