<p></p>This individual will provide support in all aspects of the Human Resources function/department. Must be able to operate efficiently and effectively within the guidelines of our policies and procedures.
<p></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
</li><li>Advanced courses in Administration/Management preferred
</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
</li><li>Computer experience necessary
</li><li>Problem solving/critical thinking skills required
</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality required
</li><li>Must present a professional image
</li><li>Provide HR Generalist support in all aspects of Human Resources functions to include Employment/Recruitment, Employee Relations, Recognition, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS and Administration
</li><li>Identify and improve internal HR processes with regard to client specific deliverables (e.g. policies and procedures, benefits offerings, etc.)
</li><li>Serve as a Human Resources liaison in order to facilitate the development and implementation of HR deliverables throughout the system
</li><li>Identify, develop, and implement HR customer service initiatives and serve as a customer service champion throughout the department
</li><li>Participates in special projects as required</li></ul></div><p></p>
