Halo Interiors is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Skilled Carpenters to join our Joinery Manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in the fabrication and assembly of high-end custom joinery, furniture, and interior fit-out works while maintaining exceptional quality, productivity, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Read and interpret approved shop drawings and production drawings accurately.&middot; Manufacture and assemble high-quality custom joinery items including:o Cabinetso Wardrobeso Doorso Vanity unitso Wall claddingo Reception counterso Display unitso Custom furniture&middot; Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently, including:o Panel sawo Edge bandero Beam sawo Spindle mouldero Table sawo Planero Thicknessero CNC support (preferred)&middot; Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project specifications.&middot; Perform accurate cutting, assembly, fitting, and finishing works.&middot; Identify drawing discrepancies and report them before production.&middot; Maintain productivity while minimizing material wastage.&middot; Support and guide junior carpenters and helpers.&middot; Maintain housekeeping and workplace safety at all times.&middot; Coordinate with supervisors to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines.&middot; Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.Requirements:&middot; Minimum 8&ndash;10 years of experience in custom joinery manufacturing.&middot; Experience in high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury fit-out projects.&middot; Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and joinery construction.&middot; Ability to independently read and execute technical shop drawings.&middot; Good knowledge of woodworking machinery and power tools.&middot; Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.&middot; Strong attention to detail and quality.&middot; Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to mentor junior staff.Preferred Qualifications:&middot; GCC/UAE joinery experience preferred.&middot; Ability to handle complex bespoke joinery items independently.&middot; Basic English communication skills. We are looking for an Account Manager, who will grow existing client accounts. This sales and tactically driven position will require client relationship management and promotional industry knowledge, supplier relationships, and knowledge of brand guidelines.

Revenue accountability for a portfolio of accounts; meet targeted revenue growth and margin</li><li>
Expand existing account revenue by introducing HALO's unrivaled set of capabilities</li><li>
Manage a portfolio projects with varying clients, timelines, priorities, costs, and logistical complexities</li><li>
Produce creative and accurate quotes and presentations using innovative product ideas</li><li>
Utilize vendor relationship and internal resources for resourceful sourcing and quoting strategies, balancing the client&rsquo;s and company&rsquo;s business needs</li><li>
Onboard new clients to HALO ways of working: ordering, approvals, quality, production, and more</li><li>
Model HALO values of Ingenuity, Inclusion, and Determination while working collaboratively as one, national team</li><li>
Manage client expectations through effective communication of project changes, order timelines and status updates to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>
Contribute to winning new client accounts</li><li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes, orders and art proofs</li><li>
Generate reports to track open orders and billing progress</li><li>
Communicate extensively with manufacturers and clients</li><li>
Develop strong relationships with Sales and Promotional Product Suppliers</li><li>
Coordinate ordering and return of samples for client presentations</li><li>
Enter sales orders</li><li>
Coordinate client reviews and proof approvals</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>3+ years experience in a project management role</li><li>5+ years in sales support experience</li><li>Knowledge of international manufacturing compliance standards and product safety testing processes.</li><li>Experience working with global manufacturers</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)</li><li>Proficient in ERP systems</li><li>Enjoy problem-solving, and helping customers</li><li>Comfortable making judgment calls, and prioritizing workload</li><li>Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Motivated by working in a goal-oriented, deadline-driven team with autonomy in how you work</li><li>Ability to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracy</li><li>Curious, flexible and good humored with a positive &ldquo;can do&rdquo; attitude</li><li>Active participant in giving and receiving appreciative and constructive feedback</li><li>Motivated learners that will take advantage of on-the-job training, complementary training programs, career mentorships, and stretch assignments</li></ul>
Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $75,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
