Senior Skilled Carpenter - Joinery

Halo Interiors is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Skilled Carpenters to join our Joinery Manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in the fabrication and assembly of high-end custom joinery, furniture, and interior fit-out works while maintaining exceptional quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Read and interpret approved shop drawings and production drawings accurately.

· Manufacture and assemble high-quality custom joinery items including:

o Cabinets

o Wardrobes

o Doors

o Vanity units

o Wall cladding

o Reception counters

o Display units

o Custom furniture

· Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently, including:

o Panel saw

o Edge bander

o Beam saw

o Spindle moulder

o Table saw

o Planer

o Thicknesser

o CNC support (preferred)

· Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project specifications.

· Perform accurate cutting, assembly, fitting, and finishing works.

· Identify drawing discrepancies and report them before production.

· Maintain productivity while minimizing material wastage.

· Support and guide junior carpenters and helpers.

· Maintain housekeeping and workplace safety at all times.

· Coordinate with supervisors to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines.

· Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.

Requirements:

· Minimum 8–10 years of experience in custom joinery manufacturing.

· Experience in high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury fit-out projects.

· Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and joinery construction.

· Ability to independently read and execute technical shop drawings.

· Good knowledge of woodworking machinery and power tools.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

· Strong attention to detail and quality.

· Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to mentor junior staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

· GCC/UAE joinery experience preferred.

· Ability to handle complex bespoke joinery items independently.

· Basic English communication skills. Skills
