Since our founding, we at Hamee US Corp have prided ourselves in being able to introduce Japanese toy and accessory trends via a variety of fun, unique, and creative items to the US market and around the world.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership &amp; Operations<ul><li>Team Supervision: Support and provide guidance to E-Commerce Associates, ensuring daily tasks align with overall department objectives.</li><li>Customer Excellence: Ensure top-tier customer service and prompt resolution of marketplace issues or customer inquiries.</li><li>Market Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of the market by researching industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activities to drive innovation.</li></ul>Strategic Marketplace Growth &amp; Management<ul><li>Storefront Optimization: Lead the optimization of Amazon and Walmart storefronts to maximize conversion rates and organic rankings.</li><li>Product Listing Excellence: Manage and optimize product listings, conducting deep-dive keyword research to ensure maximum visibility and sales.</li><li>Platform Expansion: Identify and launch growth opportunities on additional platforms (e.g., eBay, Macy&rsquo;s, Target+, or TikTok Shop).</li><li>Campaign Planning: Develop seasonal promotional calendars and coordinate large-scale sales events (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.).</li><li>Performance Tracking: Continuously track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.</li></ul>Advanced Advertising &amp; SEO<ul><li>PPC Strategy &amp; Execution: Oversee high-level advertising strategy and manage day-to-day campaigns on Amazon. Manage budgets to hit specific ROAS and ACoS targets.</li><li>SEO Implementation: Direct and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to both marketplaces and the company website.</li><li>Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to refine ad campaigns and innovate the reporting process for better transparency and results.</li></ul>Sales Analysis &amp; Financial Reporting<ul><li>Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze sales data to identify revenue and profitability opportunities; present regular reports on performance and key metrics to senior leadership.</li><li>Weekly/Monthly Reporting: Maintain and update comprehensive tracking reports for sales, product performance, and returns.</li><li>Senior Management Liaison: Assist the Senior Manager in developing long-term strategies and executing high-level business goals.</li></ul>Advanced FBA, Logistics &amp; Inventory<ul><li>FBA Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive FBA shipment plans to ensure optimal stock levels and zero &ldquo;out-of-stock&rdquo; scenarios.</li><li>Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate order fulfillment across all channels.</li><li>Cost &amp; Reconciliation: Monitor FBA storage fees and inbound shipping costs. Audit FBA shipments to identify lost/damaged inventory and manage the reimbursement process.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, with expert-level knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace.</li><li>FBA Expertise: Proven track record in FBA shipment creation, inventory replenishment, and cost-effective logistics management.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (specifically advanced Google Sheets/data analysis) and e-commerce SEO tools.</li><li>Leadership Qualities: Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with senior management.</li><li>Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on cost management and data accuracy.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
